I’m David Payne, a proud U.S. Army veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne Division and completed two tours in Iraq. After my military service, I built a career in manufacturing—starting on the shop floor and working my way up to my current role as an operations manager.

 

I believe deeply in servant leadership. For me, public service means listening first, acting with integrity, and always putting the needs of the community at the forefront. Elected officials are not just decision-makers—they are the extended voices of the residents they represent.
